What you'll do

• Lead and support the CVT team and service line
• ensure provider coverage and professional development
• advance community education, outreach, and a regional cardiac care network
• oversee quality, patient safety, policies, care coordination, and performance reviews
• promote cost-effective practices across the office, CVICU, and CV Stepdown Unit
• collaborate on strategic growth, new facilities, and service lines
• participate in strategic planning and physician recruitment.
