Lead Packaging Machine Operator — Third Shift

What you'll do

• Make and teach machine adjustments to improve production and quality
• identify causes of downtime and adjust or fix issues
• operate and train on production-room machines
• help operators maintain continuous runs by ensuring supplies are available
• review production orders and schedules
• inspect equipment and filled packs
• start machines and report malfunctions
• mount supplies such as film
• assist the production supervisor with department oversight.
