Family Engagement Coordinator

The Family Engagement Coordinator role is onsite in Conway, SC; compensation is not specified. The coordinator facilitates parent self-help groups and classes, develops related children’s programming, and provides wraparound support to help families access the Institute of Child and Family Wellbeing’s services.

What you'll do

• Facilitate mutual self-help groups, including outreach, parent recruitment, site management, and leadership until a peer leader emerges
• help build Circle of Parents statewide and collect and analyze group data
• teach parenting classes
• develop a children’s program during groups
• assist with kinship-family intake and assessment and may carry a small caseload
• provide wraparound support services.

Why this role
