What you'll do

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge under Texas State Board of Pharmacy requirements
• oversee pharmacy operations during business hours
• ensure compliance with federal and Texas pharmacy laws
• supervise pharmacy staff
• verify and dispense prescriptions
• counsel patients on medications
• communicate with prescribers
• manage inventory, storage conditions, and recalls
• maintain records
• support Medication Therapy Management and patient education
• administer vaccinations if applicable
• address customer concerns
• improve workflow for the limited-hours schedule.
