Kitchen Assistant — Part-Time

The Kitchen Assistant — Part-Time role is onsite in Fresno, CA, at $17–$18 per hour. RH Community Builders’ facilities rely on daily kitchen operations and support. This role helps keep kitchen operations running by assisting with food preparation, cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment, organizing supplies, and following food health and safety regulations.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas
• wash and store kitchen equipment and dishes
• assist the Cook with meal ingredients
• sweep and mop floors
• unload, organize, and store food supplies
• transfer ingredients as instructed
• heat soups and sauces and prepare hot beverages
• assist with inventory and facility kitchen needs.
