The Senior Cyber Information Systems Security Officer / Systems Administrator role is 100% onsite in San Leandro, CA, with a salary range of $104,500–$193,500 per year. Fisica designs and produces defense products and systems supporting aerospace and defense operations. This dual-function senior technical role supports enterprise infrastructure operations and information systems security administration. It helps maintain secure, available systems and meet cybersecurity authorization and compliance requirements in classified and government-regulated environments.

What you'll do

• Administer and secure Windows Server, Azure Government, GCC High, VMware, network, and backup environments
• build, configure, harden, patch, and maintain approved systems
• support JSIG/RMF authorization activities, eMASS updates, POA&M tracking, continuous monitoring, and audit evidence
• administer Fortinet firewalls and Aruba network infrastructure
• support vulnerability remediation, cybersecurity audits, and CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 initiatives
• provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, infrastructure project leadership, and technical mentorship.

Why this role

Requires an active U.S. Government Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, eligibility for Top Secret clearance, and at least six years of enterprise infrastructure administration experience. A current Security+, CISSP, or CISM certification is required, or Security+ must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Schedule is 9/80, with every other Friday off.
