What you'll do

• Provides direct operational leadership for a defined clinical unit
• supervises frontline staff and manages daily staffing, scheduling, and patient care operations
• implements organizational policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives
• monitors and improves unit performance metrics related to quality, safety, patient experience, and workforce engagement
• manages unit-level budget performance and resource utilization
• ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards
• coaches and develops staff to support professional growth, competency, and retention.
