Integrated Program & Schedule Analyst, onsite, in Woodbridge, VA. The projected annual compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $112,000 (USD). This role monitors the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), analyzes performance, and ensures government stakeholders have an accurate, real-time picture of schedule, budget, and scope health for the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Wideband Antenna (WBA) team.
What you'll do
- Gather, manage, and communicate the status on a portfolio CEC projects with project leads and program office leadership.
- Document key items as a participant in both programmatic and technical forums.
- Perform deep-dive weekly analysis of the IMS using MS Project to identify slippages, critical path impacts, and schedule health risks of dynamic and continuously evolving project data.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that distill daily meeting outcomes, schedule changes, and technical risks into executive-level summaries.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly budget reports to create variance/trend briefs and support formal financial review discussions.
- Proactively coordinate activities and communicate project data across organizations and teams.
- Carry out a wide range of time-sensitive tasks based on emerging cross-domain issues with minimal guidance.
- Identify and track project risks and watch items.
- Communicate complex issues and solutions to support decision-making across a variety of technical and programmatic teams.
- Attend daily technical and programmatic forums to capture real-time updates on cost, schedule, and scope, ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
What we're looking for
- Education
- A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
- Experience
- At least 5 years of program management or analyst experience
