What you'll do

• Present and sell finance and protection products
• follow a structured sales process and present products to every customer using a menu system
• stay current on manufacturer incentives and promotions
• ensure finance documentation is accurate and compliant
• support customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
• track deal funding and maintain organized reporting
• collaborate with sales and department managers
• manage finance expenses and minimize chargebacks
• contribute ideas for marketing and promotional initiatives
• handle financing, titling, and documentation related to unit sales.

Why this role

Prior dealership F&I experience is a plus but not required. Schedule includes eight-hour shifts Monday through Saturday, one weekday off, required Saturdays, occasional extended hours, and Sundays closed.
