The Heavy-Duty Tow and Recovery Driver role is an onsite position in Exeter, NH. Base pay is $33–$37 per hour, with competitive commission and earning potential up to $135,000 per year. NETC Fleet Services seeks drivers to provide heavy-duty towing, recovery, transport, and roadside assistance. The driver responds to assignments from Dispatch, assesses the situation and equipment needs, and completes towing or recovery work safely and professionally. Clear communication, accurate documentation, and sound judgment help coordinate service and get customers’ operations moving again.

What you'll do

• Provide heavy-duty towing, recovery, transport, and roadside assistance
• complete scheduled towing, transport, pickup, and delivery assignments
• operate heavy-duty wreckers, rollbacks, and recovery vehicles
• coordinate with Dispatch
• address customer concerns professionally
• perform DOT inspections
• maintain logs and documentation
• navigate routes
• follow DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety procedures
• document work in Towbook
• report equipment problems.

Why this role
