What you'll do

• Lead general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll-related transactions, and job costing
• direct vendor payments
• manage project billings, retention, collections, and customer accounts
• prepare certified payroll and public works compliance documentation
• administer QuickBooks and Knowify
• prepare financial reporting, cash flow projections, work-in-progress reports, profitability analyses, and cost-to-complete forecasts
• strengthen controls and coordinate with bankers, surety partners, insurers, and external accounting professionals.
