The Audiovisual (AV) Technician I role is an onsite position in Lake Forest, CA, paying $21–$25 per hour. Avidex designs and delivers audiovisual, collaboration, and workplace technology solutions for customers across industries. This technician supports customer-site AV system installations under a Foreman or Project Manager, helping prepare sites, install equipment and cabling, and meet project specifications and safety standards while developing technical skills in AV integration.

What you'll do

• Install AV equipment, cabling, and system components under a Foreman or Project Manager
• assist with equipment mounting, cable pulls, and rack assembly
• follow project documentation and installation instructions
• report progress and issues
• maintain a clean and safe job site
• protect customer facilities and materials
• assist with project closeout documentation
• follow OSHA and company safety policies
• attend required safety training and certification courses.
