What you'll do

• Welcome clients and pets
• assist with check-in and follow-up appointments
• gather vital signs, weight, and patient history
• restrain pets
• prepare and administer medications as prescribed by a veterinarian
• observe and report animal health conditions
• assist with emergencies and clinical diagnostics
• collect specimens and support laboratory, medical, and surgical procedures
• maintain medical notes
• and clean treatment areas and sterilize equipment.
