Caregiver – Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Assistant

The Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes in Dedham, MA. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support and help clients with daily care needs. The caregiver supports clients’ daily living, comfort, and safety by assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and household tasks. Following individual care plans and communicating changes to the care team helps maintain consistent support.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
• follow care plans and daily routines
• communicate client needs or changes to the care team.
