The Meat/Seafood Manager is an onsite role based in Waxahachie, TX, responsible for the sales and operation of the meat and seafood department at Sprouts Farmers Market. What you'll do

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists.
• Process meat according to department goals and standards to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Engage and evaluate team members through coaching, feedback, and one-on-one development discussions.
• Recruit, hire and make promotion/transfer decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Ensure maximum productivity and efficiency by creating and adjusting schedules and staffing levels.
