Resident Assistant/Caregiver

The Resident Assistant/Caregiver role is onsite in Babbitt, MN, with part-time AM shifts available. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour, with additional differentials of $1.00 for PM shifts and $1.50 for overnight shifts. The role supports residents in Carefree Living’s assisted living community. The caregiver assists adults with activities of daily living, supports a safe living environment, and assists with medication administration as directed by an RN. The role contributes to resident well-being through respectful, attentive care and relationship building.
