What you'll do

• Review technical specifications, submittals, drawings, and material data
• inspect materials and mechanical and electrical installations
• document and drive closure of non-conformances
• verify compliance with project documents, codes, standards, and client requirements
• prepare daily quality summaries and weekly reports
• coordinate inspections and sign-offs with contractors, trade partners, consultants, and clients
• participate in quality meetings, audits, factory and field testing, commissioning, and turnover
• maintain quality records
• train and guide site personnel.
