Job overview

The Family Success Center Teacher role is onsite in Greensboro, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; pay is $15 per hour. The teacher works in GenerationEd’s Family Success Center program. The role plans and delivers developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support young children’s growth and school readiness. It also builds constructive relationships with families and maintains a safe, engaging classroom aligned with program standards.

What you'll do

• Organize classroom space, materials, and routines
• develop integrated activities across developmental domains
• communicate positively with children and support learning and self-care
• observe and document development
• share feedback with parents and program leadership
• encourage parent participation
• maintain classroom records, supplies, cleanliness, and safety
• report suspected abuse and accidents
• attend required meetings and workshops.
