What you'll do

• Complete a one-week onboarding with skills evaluation and coaching
• drive at least five hours daily during the mentor phase, which lasts 10 days or more
• complete the training checklist
• pass the backing, pre-trip, and road tests
• operate an assigned truck as a solo driver after sign-off
• haul no-touch dry-van freight
• work a six-day Monday–Saturday schedule and spend one to two weeks out at a time.
