What you'll do

• Assists eye care providers in performing patient care and flow of clinical activities.
• Ensures proper care and usage of medical instruments.
• Performs basic ophthalmic testing procedures, diagnostic testing, administration of medications, and other delegated tasks.
• Assists with minor procedures and prescription refill process under provider direction.
• Performs documentation, patient education, and charge entry, supports efficient patient flow.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
