What you'll do

• Greet guests and create a welcoming experience
• listen to guest needs and recommend skincare, body care, and fragrance gifts
• balance multiple guests and priorities in a fast-paced setting
• support sales goals and daily operations
• replenish products and maintain visual standards
• collaborate with colleagues and support smooth handoffs
• contribute to in-store recycling and refill initiatives and follow inventory guidelines to reduce product waste.
