What you'll do

• Complete customer transactions and provide information about bank products and services
• listen to customer needs and refer appropriate solutions
• balance daily transactions and verify cash totals
• welcome customers and process transactions
• participate in branch sales events where appropriate
• answer questions and troubleshoot, following up within 24 hours
• complete onboarding when assigned
• maintain product knowledge, cash supplies, and compliance with internal controls and bank policies.
