What you'll do

• Provide individualized and group instruction in safe, independent public transportation use
• assess participants and develop personalized travel goals
• coordinate training schedules with program teams
• support Metro Access and reduced-fare applications
• maintain travel-training records and billing documentation
• train and refresh Community Support Professional staff as needed
• submit monthly reports
• and coordinate with the Route Ready Program Manager on grant-funded programs.
