What you'll do

• Prepare entrees and menu items according to established recipes and applicable standards
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food items
• maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage
• follow HACCP and sanitation procedures
• assist with production records and required logs
• and help cross-train employees. May oversee food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director.
