What you'll do

• Supervise kitchen operations and staff
• oversee meal preparation and cooking
• manage purchasing and cost control
• ensure food is received, stored, prepared, and presented according to standards
• maintain sanitation and safety
• train and develop kitchen staff
• maintain menus, special-diet records, and temperature documentation
• coordinate dining programs with the administrator and charge nurses
• assist with special events and budget management.
