What you'll do

• Operate onsite to support transit operations.

• Provide telephone, email, chat, and local support for end users.
• Address and resolve basic incidents and requests.
• Log and track incidents.
• Create a positive customer support experience.
• Analyze and resolve software/hardware issues.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support.
• Travel to local sites.
