Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) position is full-time and in person in Lancaster, PA. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. Paragon Behavioral Health Services, part of Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers, provides person-centered care to children, adolescents, and families. The role provides one-on-one therapeutic support in home and community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans and helping clients build positive coping, social, emotional, and behavioral skills.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one behavioral health services
• implement Individualized Treatment Plan goals
• collect and document behavioral data and progress
• model interventions for caregivers
• maintain clinical and billing documentation
• collaborate with supervisors, Behavior Consultants, and treatment team members
• complete required training and follow compliance standards.
