What you'll do

• Gather parts information and calculate service quote pricing
• prepare service quotes from templates and share them with the applicable Branch Service Manager
• open work orders for local branch jobs
• prepare service orders and confirm required parts availability
• answer local service branch calls
• handle billing and maintain open-order reports
• maintain the Service Center schedule.
