What you'll do

• Follow individualized service plans and daily task sheets
• obtain and record vital signs and notify the supervising nurse of deviations
• document progress
• communicate changes in resident status
• use infection-control precautions
• assist with activities and resident engagement
• provide personal care as needed, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting.
