What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to planned menus and authorized substitutions
• prepare and serve appetizing meals using portion-control procedures
• prepare therapeutic diets and follow standardized recipes and special diet orders
• inspect special-diet trays
• prepare bedtime snacks
• provide appropriate equipment and utensils to residents
• direct, evaluate, and monitor assigned department staff as described in the posting.
