What you'll do

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise therapy service delivery and personnel
• align staffing and productivity with patient census and departmental needs across adult and pediatric services
• monitor quality measures and implement corrective action plans
• ensure regulatory and documentation compliance
• hire, coach, mentor, and develop therapy professionals
• assist with budgeting, annual planning, and operational goals
• oversee orientation and training
• maintain policies and procedures
• collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• coordinate facility and equipment needs.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree, current state license and professional credential as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist, and CPR certification; three years of clinical therapy experience preferred; master’s degree preferred.
