What you'll do

• Set and prioritize the paid creative pipeline
• concept ads and write scripts and copy
• build a testing system
• analyze creative performance and diagnose underperformers
• iterate on successful ads
• report results and next steps
• manage and coach in-house creative staff and agencies
• collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, editors, and media buyers
• source and direct creators and on-set talent when concepts call for it
• use AI creative tools
• adapt creative across paid channels.
