The Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) Driver role is onsite in Sacramento, CA, with transportation work and overnight travel based on business needs. The role supports reliable deliveries through vehicle inspections, accurate records, route planning, freight handling, and customer communication.

What you'll do

• Inspect the vehicle before and after trips and document defects
• operate tractor-trailer equipment safely
• maintain Electronic Logging Device records and transportation documents
• verify and secure freight
• plan and adjust routes for traffic, road, and weather conditions
• load and unload freight
• obtain proof-of-delivery signatures
• report delivery status, delays, accidents, and equipment issues
• perform basic vehicle maintenance
• maintain clean trucks, trailers, and work areas
• provide customer service and follow safety procedures.
