The Auto Refinish Technician / Auto Body Painter is an onsite role based in Aurora, IL, with compensation ranging from $65,000 to $165,000 per year. This position supports the paint department by performing meticulous refinishing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. The role exists to ensure customer satisfaction through expert color matching, mixing, and refinishing of vehicles. The technician works collaboratively with the team to meet repair facility KPIs and serves as a brand ambassador for Gerber Collision & Glass.

What you'll do

• Review body work for quality, mix and color match paint, complete refinish operations, maintain paint inventory, utilize safety equipment, attend production meetings, and work in harmony with the production schedule.
