Product Manager

Job overview

The Product Manager role is onsite five days a week in either Arlington, VA, or the Boston, MA metro area. The base salary range is $120,000–$150,000 per year; incentive compensation, equity, and benefits may also be available. The role works closely with the VP of Product and engineering leadership to develop products and AI-driven capabilities. The Product Manager translates customer needs and market opportunities into product requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and delivered features. By coordinating discovery, analytics, launches, and lifecycle decisions across technical and commercial teams, the role supports measurable customer and business value.

What you'll do

• Define product requirements, user stories, and specifications
• partner with product and engineering leaders on roadmap priorities, backlog management, sprint planning, and releases
• analyze customer feedback, usage data, market trends, and competitors
• monitor product performance and recommend priorities
• support business planning, pricing and packaging analysis, launches, and post-launch measurement
• represent customer needs in planning and experimentation
• collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success
• track bugs and coordinate fixes
• use AI tools and rapid prototyping to validate concepts and support AI-enabled capabilities.
