What you'll do
- Manage operations of the assigned unit
- assist with supervising clinical staff and provide guidance and education
- help foster a positive and inclusive facility culture
- maintain infection-prevention practices and adequate staffing to meet residents’ needs. An unencumbered Iowa or compact-state RN license is required
