The attorney represents clients in patent and other intellectual property disputes, manages litigation work from pleadings through discovery and trial preparation, and participates in proceedings before the PTAB and ITC. The role also develops legal strategy and collaborates across practice areas to provide client solutions.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in patent, trade secret, false advertising, unfair competition, and other intellectual property disputes
• draft pleadings, motions, appellate briefs, and other litigation documents
• manage discovery, depositions, and expert coordination
• prepare for trials, hearings, and appellate proceedings
• participate in PTAB and ITC proceedings
• conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• collaborate with attorneys across practice areas.

Why this role

Requires a J.D., four to seven years of patent litigation experience, and admission to practice in the office jurisdiction. Patent Bar registration and a science or engineering background are preferred.
