What you'll do

• Conduct internal and external marketing
• identify strategies to increase community visits
• build relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and specialty physician offices
• generate leads, schedule and conduct tours, and manage the CRM system
• develop a business development plan and referral relationships
• communicate sales appointments and leads to the Executive Director and Director of Sales
• work toward census goals
• travel locally for networking events, referral sources, and assessments.
