The Operations Manager provides leadership and supervision to an operations team working for the same value stream to create a world-class operations team. This role is onsite in Shepherdsville, KY, with a salary range of $78,185.00 - $132,905.00 per year, supporting Radial's ecommerce fulfillment solutions. The role exists to manage inbound, pick/pack, and outbound operations while maintaining inventory and driving continuous improvement. It contributes to the team by ensuring safety, productivity, and quality targets are met through effective performance management and lean process implementation.

What you'll do

• Accountable to client SLA agreements and site-specific quality and fulfillment targets.
• Create and manage day to day operational strategy.
• Lead Individual Performance Management program.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance.
• Deliver performance evaluations to direct reports.
• Promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
