What you'll do

• Prepare, weigh, bake, and rotate pastries, cakes, and cookies according to recipes
• set up and maintain pastry cases
• operate food processors, mixers, and other equipment safely
• follow sanitation and health procedures
• support back-of-house teams as needed.
