The Dental Practice Patient Care Coordinator role is onsite in Loveland, CO. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. What you'll do

• Greet patients
• answer calls and schedule and confirm appointments
• manage the daily schedule
• check patients in and out
• verify dental insurance and explain coverage
• present treatment plans and financial options
• collect payments and maintain financial records
• coordinate referrals and follow-up
• respond to patient questions
• maintain records in Dentrix
• support scheduling and production goals
• communicate with doctors and clinical staff
• perform administrative duties as needed.
