PRN Nursing Home LPN in Jacksonville, NC. This is an onsite position with a pay rate of $14.88/hour. Gifted Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to plan and manage patient care specific to each patient. The LPN acts as the eyes and ears of Registered Nurses and Physicians and performs ongoing and accurate assessments of vital signs.

What you'll do

• Administer and monitor patient medications and dressing changes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and act as the leader of a group of nurses.
• Find, address, and provide solutions for any problems a specific patient might have in terms of their care plan.
• Administer intravenous medication and fluids and care for those intravenous lines in patients.
