What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• conduct client consultations and case evaluations
• develop litigation strategy and case plans
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
• conduct and defend depositions
• work closely with medical experts, investigators, and consultants
• negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
• prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• represent clients in court appearances and hearings
• maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case status
• ensure compliance with applicable laws, court rules, and deadlines.
