Division Manager

What you'll do

• Manage division associates across sales, office, warehouse, and operations
• oversee profit and loss, sales budgets, and retail division planning
• coordinate sales and marketing activities
• monitor market and competitor information
• develop accounts
• reduce out-of-stocks
• ensure distribution-center compliance
• train and develop sales management
• coordinate independent-operator meetings
• improve distribution flow and routes
• and manage shuttle drivers and staffing.
