Clinical Direct Support Professional

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• support development and maintenance of independence skills

• monitor and document progress, behaviors, and health status
• foster a safe and respectful environment
• collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals
• respond to needs and emergencies according to protocols.
