Dispatcher – Customer Service Representative – Administrative Assistant

The Dispatcher – Customer Service Representative – Administrative Assistant role is onsite in Loveland, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule typically from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $18–$23 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports Time Savers Heating & Cooling’s residential and commercial HVAC service operations.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls, schedule or reschedule appointments, and respond to customer questions
• schedule service calls and maintain the dispatch board
• keep technicians informed, relay service information, debrief technicians, and follow up with customers
• resolve complaints
• maintain maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, renewals, and new contracts
• respond to emails, process customer financing, contact sales leads, order parts, complete data entry, and assist with social media and marketing initiatives.
