What you'll do

• Own month- and year-end close
• prepare and review GAAP financial statements
• maintain the general ledger and subledgers
• oversee AP/AR, reconciliations, and cash management
• establish accounting policies and controls
• lead audit and tax coordination
• manage lender and private-equity reporting
• develop the accounting team and scalable systems
• partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• support acquisitions, integrations, and due diligence.
