Maintenance Technician II

What you'll do

• Complete service requests and work orders
• prepare apartments for new residents and conduct quality inspections
• diagnose and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and other building systems
• perform preventative maintenance
• respond to resident requests
• report property deficiencies and safety hazards
• maintain work records, vehicles, tools, and equipment
• assist with snow removal
• participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
