The Residential HVAC Service and Sales Technician role is onsite in Venice, FL, with compensation of $100,000–$200,000 per year. The role exists to diagnose and maintain residential HVAC systems while helping homeowners understand repair, replacement, and comfort-upgrade options. Technicians handle about 3–5 appointments daily, document service, and build customer trust through honest recommendations.

What you'll do

• Run approximately 3–5 residential HVAC service and maintenance appointments daily
• diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• identify and recommend replacements and comfort upgrades
• present options
• educate homeowners
• document service accurately
• maintain a clean, professional company vehicle.
