• Perform tests, analyses, and studies to improve glass container quality
• use problem-solving methods and statistical tools for studies and quality or complaint analyses
• participate in evaluating and testing new container designs
• work with manufacturing plants and customers on quality and manufacturing challenges
• measure results and report findings and recommendations
• gain exposure to plant processes and quality assurance programs. Potential travel to O-I facilities and customer locations is noted.
